Beginners 3

You will learn advanced spins and spin combos. We turn your world upside-down with Inversions and combine moves with aerial holds. 

Our focus is on utilizing your strength to hold your moves and to be able to stay on the Pole for longer. You will be able to interconnect the moves that you have learnt, by the end of this course you will have the ability to free-style your own Pole combinations.

We learn Inverted tricks and dismounts in preparation for Intermediate 1.

I love Pole Fitness Cairns. I started in January after moving to Cairns and wanting to challenge myself and meet new people. And it's one of the best decisions I've ever made.
