Intermediate 3

By the time you reach Intermediate 3 you will doing a range of inverted tricks and combinations while developing your own ability to freestyle.

Students will work on aerial moves and dead lifting, advanced aerial combinations, a variety of different pole mounts, and will be introduced to some more challenging floor work including shoulder balancing, rolls and handstand press ups/downs.

Students are encouraged to develop their ability to freestyle and link pole tricks together in their own style.

Aerial combinations will be much more demanding and emphasis will be on making the movements look effortless.

I love Pole Fitness Cairns. I started in January after moving to Cairns and wanting to challenge myself and meet new people. And it's one of the best decisions I've ever made.
