Beginners Pole

Curious about pole fitness, but never done it before? Then this class is for you!

In beginnes pole we cover foundations of pole fitness: strength, flexibility and some cool pole tricks!

Wear something you feel comfortable in, shorts and a t-shirt are the best. You can wear shoes or go barefoot – it's completely up to you.

Please avoid using moisturiser on the day you have a pole class, as it could make your skin slippery.

I love Pole Fitness Cairns. I started in January after moving to Cairns and wanting to challenge myself and meet new people. And it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. I feel stronger not only physically but mentally as well. When Moni first demonstrated some of the moves we'd be learning, I honestly laughed. Me? Do inverts? She was dreamin'. I hadn't done anything of the sort since primary school. But with a lot of patience, encouragement and support from Moni and our group of lovely ladies, I'm now nailing tricks I never thought I was capable of. And I crave learning more. I urge anyone who's ever considered it to give it a go! Everyone is lovely, and there is a real sense of community. Escape into the world of pole dancing and see what's possible.
